    Nothing special...switch to High Performance and ensure the drives are always spinning and do not shut off the monitor. Other stuff I adjust are - no USB timeout...and allow Computer to Sleep when sharing media...that's about it.

    I'm having the exact same mysterious issue. i've just now disabled the windows time service, so we'll see how that works out.

    i saw in another thread that another reason for the PC waking itself is a dying CMOS battey on the motherboard. you might replace it and see what happens. my pc is going on 5 years old, so that certainly sounds like a possibility. that's my next move.
