Require Immediate Help with windows 7 32 bit desktop

Hello this is my 1st post on this forum website and i am very desperate to get some help for my pc.... yesterday it was running all fine with my 32 bit win 7 system.... but then i got into some madness for myself trying to install apple snow leopard 10.6 on my system.... i failed to install that even after that showed that install was a success ..... but i took a calculated risk .... i had 2 hdd 1 160 gb & other 500 gb..... i did the apple "THING" on my 160 gb hdd while disconnecting my 500 gb from motherboard.... But after having failed i had 2 revert back to 7 .... so started the procedure to install 7.... i had a backup in my 500 gb hdd which failed to restore den i was like .... finally i had 2 re format nd install my entire system.... still i got a million problems doing that but somehow completed it..... now my apple THING hard disk (160 gb) isn't getting read.... i tried to connect it in the administrative tools/storage..... bt it failed..... it's my original hdd and contains valuable data..... now even after a fresh install my win 7 hangs, reboots, corrupts software installs, and i am left to pulling my hair down.....

now All that i want is :

    1) My 160 gb hdd with all its data back ( i know data is safe i saw dat in ubuntu live CD )

    2) A stable safe Windows 7 x86

[N.B. - I have given up on THE apple THING .... now all that i want is my original wINDOWS 7 x86 :) ]

Any help received is APPRECIATED..... THANKS..... RI$hi.....

Backup your data to an external disk. Format the disk. Partition it the way you want

Frankly, I understand his aggravation, and am no prude, but I think it may have been his language that prevented others from replying. zigzag3143 is a trooper though, he's just attacking the issue :)
