Ok I went to start > programs> right clicked on IE (32bit)> send short cut to desktop. It put a short cut but not to IE, it is all the things in start up. I right clicked on the icon and hit remove and it will not remove it. Any ideas on how to get it off? Thanks
This is no longer located in "c:\users\mmb\desktop". Verify the items location and try again. I should have bought a MAC. LOL
It seems like it thinks it's already gone. I hate to sound like Dell tech support, but have you rebooted the machine to see if it can get back in sync with itself? If so, you might want to boot into safe mode and try removing it.

LOL.. Yeah, I have a mac, and I havent looked back since..... But still gotta use and support those windows boxes.... At least Bill Gates keeps me in a job.
