Is there a way to reset all the W7 processes?

After a clean install there are certain processes running. As we tune our system by turning off some processes we can loose track of what we turned off. So I was wondering if there is a utility program to reset the services back to the way they should be by default?

    1) You can reset services to default using the web app ServicesEditor.com.

    2) Alternatively, Black Viper has "default services" registry files available for all flavours of Windows 7, with extensive service-related information.
