    0x8004005 Cannot Rename Folder

Using Windows 7 Home Premium 32bit.

When I try to create a folder on any profile I get this error:

An unexpected error is keeping you from renaming the folder:

    0x8004005

If I click Try Again it works.

    Thanks.

The HD scan found no errors. I had to create a new profile and copy my files over and delete the corrupted profile. Everything is working fine now.

I'm really surprised since this was a clean install. I installed Windows updates, MS Security Essentials, Google Chrome, WoW and Steam. So it's not like I installed tons of strange software.

I hope 7 doesn't turn out to as buggy as Vista was.

I have been using 7 since the debut, in Oct. I have found now problems. Sometimes things can go wrong during installation, but I hope that you will be problem free from this point on.
