Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz (2 CPUs), ~2.8GHz
System Model: Intel DG31PR
Memory: 3316MB RAM

Yes, you can install x64 on that system. I would go into the BIOS and enable "hardware memory hole" and "software memory hole". This will allow you to run more than 2gb of RAM (Win7 should be able to see and adress over 100gb of RAM.
