If you want to have largest, then just go back to DPI and reset it to where it was.

The only thing we changed was the DPI, put it back the way it was reboot, then you can reset all to largestet again, but then you cant see everything.

TY for asking, Dentist is never good, but was afraid of root canal, chipped tooth, but dont need one.

    Did you try the magnifier?

A bigger screen may help, but before spending the money, ask for a demonstration, to see if you are happy. If Staples will not do it try a computer store. You do not have to buy from them, you can always use Staples.

Every thing but programs can be transferred. Programs are things like games, Word, etc. You need the DVD for those. If downloaded from the net, you have to download, again; but they can do all that for you.

Thanks to all who have sent such nice comments about this thread.

well glad you did not need the root canal....:)
    dont like those either
well i cannot get to another store
i should speak to the tech there tomorrow
    and will let you know

in the meantime getting used to this one
but still dont like the key board

and would still like to get the script thing
    out of my way

i dont like the fact that i cannot do the apply
or ok thing without changing things
my other sony laptop is a smaller screen than this
and never had any probs. whatsoever
kept it at one size and that was that

also i like the xp for reasons of keeping
my microsoft office documents was much nicer

re the programs .. i figured that too....
