Could be on the phone (like me) or a diff pc in a diff place at the moment. I think the OS is corrupt and wont make sense repairing it. A clean install of windows 7 should fix all these issues.

Msconfig and Windows 7
Can you tell me where the msconfig or equivalent is located in Win 7? I could not find it in system32 folder. I am running 64 bit version. I would like to make an icon to start it as I have in Win XP. The msconfig I got by a search was no good.
