Had to use IE since Firefox (3.6.6) gave me the following error and wouldn't let me continue:

Quote:
profile.microsoft.com uses an invalid security certificate.

The certificate is not trusted because the issuer certificate is unknown.

(Error code: sec_error_unknown_issuer)
Anyone else get that?

All Microsoft sites seem to work fine for me with FF 3.6.6, but that's due to IETab Plus https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/10909/

I always to use IE for downloads from Technet or MS, less hassle. Tried it with Firefox 4.01b with no success.

Ironically, I have noticed that quite a few MS sites have out of date security certificates, normally there is a button on FF that says "I understand the risks and want to continue" if you click it you can carry on.

Does this service pack have the "compcln" feature that Vista SP2 had?

If anyone wants to find out, just type compcln into Windows Search.

Thanks for checking.

I really liked that tool. Hopefully they'll include it after it hits RTM.
