change default language back to english

    i did all of those.

    they are the most obvious things to do but still not work.

    hence i need help here.

    the last resort is reg edit.

    but not sure where it is set in there.

    the kmplayer is getting it from the registry.

    Go2China Ultimate Chinese Learning Software in AvaxHome

    Update, I installed this app here, with simplified chinese support.

    At the time, I didn't know not to install it, now I think it replaced my system font or something, but now programs like vlc player also shows chinese fonts but uninstalling the chinese app, doesn't fix it.

    I don't think this is a Windows Language Pack issue, IMHO it's related to the language ini inside KMPlayer's settings. BSPlayer is the same - you have to change a couple of characters in the config file if the displayed language isn't correct.

    But I'm no expert on KMPlayer - just saw this thread when I was searching for info about making KMPlayer the default Win7 media player.

    If I was the original poster I'd go to the KMPlayer forums and ask the question there
