how can i log?

In Xp i can log invisible administrator pressing via CTRL+ALT+DELETE on log on screen.so how can i do it in win7?

You need to boot into Safe Mode.

Safe Mode

If you want to enable the Admin account to show normally, open a command prompt as Administrator and enter net user administrator /active:yes
