    Hi guybc
Before you go off spending money, I think I have noticed something quite fundamental. In one of the posts you say Winows explorer can't open the zip file. It won't just open it you need to right click on the zip file and from the menu that opens chosse "Extract All" choose a location for the extracted files and then they wil work from that location.

Jaycee, thanks for that suggestion - I'll try it.
Mitchell 65 - the trouble is that R click does not give me that option.

This is a terrific website for help and at 82, I need it. Thanks

    Hi Guy
Understood but have you got Windows Live mail? If not what email program do you use?

OK Found this. It is for Vista but should work in Win 7.
Restore missing Mail Recipient entry to the Send To menu in Windows Vista
Lets us know if it works for you!
    Good luck
