IE favorites and Live Mesh (sync issue)

Live Mesh does a good job at syncing folders but doesn't seem to do anything for IE favorites.

Every time i install it and set it to sync IE favs, i can't find the file where it's being stored online.

Also, when i do a fresh install of my notebook, Live Mesh syncs folders no problem but nothing happens with IE favs.

Consider moving to Xmarks which is very reliable and will sync across different browsers as well as machines.

Yup, dat i know but with Live Mesh already installed, i was wondering why it can't do the same job for favs as it does for docs. Am i the only twirt to have problems syncing favs with Live Mesh?
