Right now I have:
avast! Free Antivirus
Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Free
SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition
CCleaner (really not a security application)

What else do you guys recommend I use, or do I really not need anything else? I am using Windows 7 Firewall because I feel that's all I really need.

Redundant is good. I call it layered protection. No one product does it all. One other thing to add is common sense used by the person using the computer. That is all important. I have chosen MSE, Windows built in firewall, MAM, SAS. I check for updates several times a day and run complete scans with all programs 2 to 3 time a week.

Have you a router firewall?
That would add another layer of security.

The VERY best free Internet Security is the hand / eye / brain interaction - the operator of the mouse!

The chances SAS will pick up something that MBAM and Avast wont is somewhat remote odds. Sandboxie (keeping things out) would be a better bet then another on demand (its too late i should have added Sandboxie) remote odds scanner.;) If i was going to add another on demand scanner it would be Emsisoft or HMP;)

The thing that I have used which is not currently listed, is Spyware Blaster from JavaCoolSoftware;
SpywareBlaster® | Prevent spyware and malware. Free download.

Rather than scanning and finding a problem "after the fact", spyware blaster makes a few changes to prevent the problem from happening. It doesn't run in the background as a process and consume resources. Instead, you open the app, update it, tell it to fix known issues for your currently installed web browsers, it makes it's changes...and it's done when you close it.

I'll be honest, I rarely ever run into any type of problem. So, I cannot say that this program is super effective, but I can also say that it hasn't caused me any problems either. Perhaps it's things like this which keep me safe in the first place, and I simply don't know it.

Note: It protects IE, and it protects Firefox....but Chrome is not in the list of protected browsers. So, if you are mostly a Chrome user...this may provide very little benefit to you.

I agree with SandBoxie, it's a great utility for safe web surfing (I'm posting this via FF 4.0.1. running inside of sandboxie).

BufferZone Pro is also available from Trustware - BufferZone-Threat Free Internet (giveaway in progress, but they don't have a 64-bit compatible version available yet, it's in beta testing).

Very true! but I have been using them together for a while and SB just sits in the background and does not bother anybody so I figure it can't hurt to have an extra "lock" on the door. :geek:

It has a low to no conflict potential, and so i agree it will be an extra lock on your door. Is it going to be a decent lock? or not worth the time to maintain updates for the protection you get type of lock? But then again you are right:D
