Solved My Partition Failing?!

Hi guys

I have Dell Inspiron 1525 and when I'm installing windows 7 on partition giving the massage "windows cannot be installed to Disk 0 Partition 1.(Show details)"

and when I'm klicig on show details

Windows cannot be installed to this disk. The disk may fail soon. If other disks are available, install windows to another location.

plez help me plezzzzz

I have download this Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows and i did diagonstic but it will stuck and not continuing so should i replace my HD

and i downloaded the Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for DOS (CD) i don't know what to do whit it
should i burn it on data CD or iso?

NO,You only need to run the tool once.

You should have already burned Data Lifeguard ISO to CD when you ran the test.

Test is run by booting the CD, then choosing Extended Test from menu.

Download the Western Digitial Data Lifeguard for DOS ISO file: Data Lifeguard Diagnostic for Windows

Use ImgBurn to burn to CD at 4x speed with Verify.

Boot the CD by tapping the Dell F12 key at boot, choose CD drive. Or set CD drive first to boot in BIOS setup.

Run Extended HD scan, report back what happens EXACTLY.

and i burned and then i booted it then after booting nothing apear just a black window and i waited for a long time but
nothing happend
