The difficult part is to find the right buyer. I have seen a couple of forums that were sold in the past - and they all went downhill from there. It needs the enthusiastic and dedicated people to make forums work. Running a forum for commercial gain only does not seem to function.

When the forum(s) gets sold, every user with posts will receive $10USD for each post. The only problem is that it is in the form of a western union moneygram which requires you send John $175 to release the money from customs.
