Thanks Danny Fixed it, being my usual incompetent self, the loop setting in photoshop was set to "Once" rather than "Forever"

I think it could do with a longer pause at the start and the end

Just a thought Tom, The animation could be faster then a longer pause fully opened. Good job on it!
