After doing what JMH suggests please do the following.

These crashes were Related to ha20x22k.sys Creative 20X2 HAL (WDM) from Creative Technology Ltd. I would re-install the newest version available.

This needs to be updated. FNETURPX.SYS

Thanks for such a quick response!

I removed Avast, Installed malware bytes and MSE. Both scans came back clean.

I then removed all creative software and drivers from my computer using driver sweeper.
Reboot.
I then uninstalled, XFastUSB / FNETURPX.SYS
Reboot.
Installed most recent version of XFastUSB.
Reboot. While booting into windows, but before the log in screen, I received a X 09c BSOD. A dmp was not created.
Rebooted again, posted, and made it in to windows with out a problem.

Are there any further actions I should take at this time?

Is there anyway to configure it so that it will create a dmp if it bsods on startup? Or is it not possible to create a dmp for bsods under those circumstances?

The system generated a dMP in your first post what is different now? We can trigger a dmp but the cause would be inaccurate.

My BSODs in the first post occurred after the computer was in windows. The BSOD that triggered the 09c error code occurred after the motherboard posted, before getting in to windows, before the windows log in screen was up. Thus I was inquiring if there was anyway to record those sorts of BSODs (BSODS that occur during the boot process; before windows has started/ loaded).

Not that I am aware of. It would have to be a separate application running on what os?

Sorry

I wasnt asking anything just trying to show you that in order for some "process/application" to record the crash it would have to be running on some operating system.

IMHO there isnt a way to do that.

Sorry for the confusion

No problem. I wasn't aware of any way to track bsod under those circumstances but I thought I would ask. Thank you.

As far as my previous problems I will follow up within the week with any new information. Thanks again for your time and assistance.

No BSODs after one week of use. Marking as solved. Likely cause was XFastUSB / FNETURPX.SYS.

Thanks helping clear this up!
