One of your Logitech devices has a corrupted driver. Re-install it. It will show up in device manager under Keyboards, Mice and other pointing devices, or Human Interface Devices.

To fully re-install a driver, use the following steps.
  1. First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
  2. Click Start Menu
  3. Right Click My Computer/Computer
  4. Click Manage
  5. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
  6. Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices
  7. Right click the device
  8. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
  9. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
  10. Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
  11. Install the latest driver for the device.

Alternatively:
  1. Login as an adminstrative user.
  2. First, download the latest driver. Then do the next steps.
  3. Click Start Menu
  4. Click Control Panel
  5. Click Hardware and Sound
  6. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
  7. Find the device you are trying to uninstall by expanding the appropriate set of devices
  8. Right click the device
  9. Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
  10. Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
  11. Restart your computer only if Windows asks you to.
  12. Install the latest driver for the device.

One of your other crashes indicates DirectX as the cause. This could mean your Windows installation is corrupted, or that you have a graphics card issue.

Older versions of ASACPI.SYS are a known BSOD problem on Windows 7. Update the driver by:
  1. Going to the ASUS - Motherboards- ASUS P5QL PRO
    When you reach the website:
  2. Select OS: Windows 7 32bit
  3. Scroll down the page and click Utilities
  4. Hold Ctrl and press f (ctrl+f) to enter the browser's find feature
  5. Search for "ATK0110 driver for WindowsXP/Vista/Win7 32&64-bit" (without quotes)
  6. Download and install the driver.
  7. After installation is complete, verify that it installed correctly.
    • Click Start Menu
    • Click My Computer
    • Go to C:\WIndows\System32\drivers\
    • Verify that the ASACPI.SYS file is dated 2009 or newer (2010,etc.)

Thanks to JMH and zigzag3143 for the above information.

You also need to update
Code:
L1E62x86	94800000	9480f000	Thu Jun 11 00:39:12 2009 (4a30a690)	00015d94	None	L1E62x86.sys
It was blamed in your most recent crash. ASUS - Motherboards- ASUS P5QL PRO -> OS: Windows 7 32bit -> LAN -> Atholes L1E LAN Driver V1.0.0.18 for Win7 32bit/Win7 64bit--(WHQL)

Do not install the Beta driver.
