You've been given nearly a dozen steps to try and report back on each. When you do we will have other steps to give you.

But until we hear back on each step we do not know what you have tried, so do not know what to suggest next.

This is an interactive forum. We give you steps and wait to hear the reply to each step.

So get started.

yes, i have tried all the steps, as of yet, they have not worked,

i still have 2 more things to try, then i will report back.

it is in c drive in programs x86, in the bonjour folder, there are two other services, they are related to my dns.

What are you referring to here? Are there still services in msconfig>services (after Hiding All MS Services) or msconfig>Startup related to Bonjour. Uncheck everything (excluding MS services) except your AV to test this.

Is there an uninstaller .exe in the Bonjour folder. I had asked you this earlier with no reply. That is annoying. You'll only succeed at this being utterly thorough and missing no steps.

Yeah im sorry, im referring to the actual bonjour folder, in it there are two programs "msndNSP.dll" and "mDNSRepsonder.exe", there is not uninstaller. Also in my services there is one program linked to bonjour running. It is "##ID string......". i hope this is what you were asking for, if it wasn't, please tell me and i will get back to you.

Is this Service you refer to for Bonjour in msconfig>Startup or >Services? What happens when you disable it and then reboot a few times?

Now delete the Bonjour folder as I suggested quite a while back. Rename it if necessary first as Karl suggested. Then reboot.

If it still lists the Registry Key, then delete it in Registry after setting a System Restore Point - Create. If you need help doing this, let us know.

when i disable it, nothing happen, problem is still there.

i will delete the folder and see what happens

What makes you think Bonjour is causing the problem? Are there errors in the logs for Bonjour?

Look at Control Panel>Programs and Features now for Bonjour service which is almost always listed if installed.

If not there, did you previously uninstall it? It might be stuck.

If that's the case, uninstall Itunes completely, then reinstall it for the purpose of uninstalling Bonjour correctly and completely.

Use Revo Uninstaller - How To Completely Uninstall Programs

it is not in there, i have not uninstalled it. there is no bonjour program just a folder.
