I need a 21*93 (exactly) transparent image where at the left is the Win8 orb (see this post) followed by blue text (one word) w8easy. Orb as big as the size allows (18 to 20 pixels?), letters (font) as well as big as possible within the image.

No. I will need it on another project as a "mini-logo". Measurements are exact, it must be 21*93, and want it as described in my post, just a small Win 8 orb followed by blue text w8easy.
