If these reading are correct your cards are running way to hot.

Yes Card does I have to use Asus GPU TTweak to set fan to 40% on start up to keep GPU idle temps below 55C and the boot process makes it heat to 78C it's old in a cramped Case that gets hot! (Zalman Z11) it's full in

There is the new HDD that's old image! but it's cramped my PSU doesn't even fit in!

There is something wrong elsewhere too or the RAM would run at 1.5V. I tried to find a ref for your board but only found them for laptops.

I dont' kwow either i knwo the board has a history of blowing capacitors but mine are fine at moment they bulge but not blown, i think they are losing it's capacity the multi meter isn't keep climbing it's fluctuated up and down.

Update your ATI/AMD display driver.
You can get it from the link in our forum, http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-...alyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html#post17671, or you may go to AMD Graphics Driver and Software and opt for Automatically Detect and Install the appropriate driver for your card.

During installation, you may opt for advanced installation, and install the display driver only, not the Catalyst Control Center.

Is the computer hot? Report us the heat of the computer after a couple of hours of your normal usage. Upload a screenshot of the summery tab of Speccy.

I have installed driver your way not a problem yet, but it's early days, no ballon saying AMD recovered so big thumbs up there!

Im not doing that! how stupid! and dangerous! I have electrocuted my self before messing with PSU and Vintage TV Tubes! not doing it again sorry! it doesn't even say what to do after then! either so I am s'posed to turn it on with out motherboard then what? make sure it all powers up, well yes it does te only one that doesn't is a hard drive because it's not plugged in!

Look mate I don't like being called stupid for one thing and another I have been messing with electronics since I was ten and yes I have had a few whacks, form all sorts of sources TV's car and motor cycle ignition circuits radios and wall sockets etc etc . As Britton said electrocuted means DEAD so unless you are calling from behind the white light then I shall assume you mean that you have received a few shocks in the past.
I do know what I am talking about here being a registered nurse of 40+ years who has on quite a few occasions had to apply direct electrical stimuli to the individual who has collapsed and am more than aware of what charges and voltages that cardio version involves and what energy levels are required to stop a persons cardiac electrical function in those instances. So stupid I am definitely not.

The voltages you would have been dealing with in the PSU cabling would not have given you a shock unless you were stupid enough to stand bare foot in a puddle of water and stick the leads on your tongue and that would not have involved the energy levels I spoke of a while ago.

If you had you had taken the PSU apart and played with the large caps inside then you may have had cause for concern and the possibility of a fatal shock so don't give me that rubbish!!
Just as well I didn't send any further info on testing 3,5 and 12v at the cable ends or I might have got a real mouthful.
I am very disappointed by your reaction and I hope you can find someone who can help you out as it would appear that I do not have enough sense to do that.:sarc:

Well you obviously did not take in what I said, and I am originally from England and therefore to me calling a member (me) stupid is not good form my friend. I think that you should choose your words very carefully because it is language like that that will not get you anywhere, besides I would hazard a guess that you would not walk up to someone in the street and call them stupid if they proffered advice that did not sit well with you or would you?? .

I said nothing about caps on the board or did you for that matter in the first instance. I simply said that you ought to test the PSU as it is often the most common component in a machine to go bad, and that a simple non dangerous test - as if I were likely to advise you to do something very risky - would soon show if you were getting enough (non lethal) volts to power the machine.

Now the volts as a matter of fact are on the fair to low side for the +12v rail and the 3.3V rail seem ok. What the 5v was you don't mention but the main volts of concern of course is the 12v supply.

I would be very concerned to see any caps bulging and in fact am wondering if they are not already dead or very close to it. Just as matter of curiosity just how long do the caps last after you have replaced them if they are the ones that are replaced? As for replacing them why not try the solid Japanese type as the ones you quoted are in fact not working for you, as I think the heat you mentioned will have direct effect on those components.
Now I am not suggesting for one moment that you are but the caps you have replaced are the right way round if electrolytic ones/ Because the wrong way round they will work for a very short period before they eventually stop working or worse explode!
I am sorry that you find yourself in a financial situation whereby you just cannot go out and buy what is needed - most of us have been down that track and it is very frutrating I know. But I would guess that to replace the board caps with Jap ones is not going to be cheap either as it involves a fair amount of disassembly and work to do that - been there done that and don't like it.

Capacitors Didn't replace i don't feel compitant to replace them my self as there are so many layers in motherboard and I don't want to short it out my nearest computer store (private small business) said he won't do it either because it works.

If it isn't broken, Don't Fix It!

the capacitors don't keep climbing when using a multimeter so I think they are dying but I can't remember. if they explode the Electrolytic fluid shorts out the whole motherboard right?

What brand of Japanese ones? I was going to get EXACTLY The Same Capacitors, but I don't know I'm going AMD again! Intel is expensive, and I should have stayed AMD

Also If i went amd and plugged HDD into amd nd booted windows would it work or would i have to reinstall windows? and i Think i will have to uninstall ALL drivers before doing so?

I've not had the error yet bit now PC just freezes when playing online videos BBC iPlayer, and watchseries.lt but sometimes it unfreezes and others it doesn't im uts going to get a bassic Graphics card a basic nVidia one keep this old one for back up.

forgot, the sound devices "AF9015 BDA" is my dual tuner Freeview Card PCI and "Hua Xing" is my miditech Midi Keyboard for music production this one does drop out and can cause a unknown device i sort that by turning off the device when it's not in use. if the first one mentioned has a windows 7 compatibility problem then that could explain alot on errors on recording and could the Floppy Drive cause these problems? as it's not not completely supported

Post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions. Everytime you need to supply the data, follow it.

And, when you are supplying the SF Diag tool output, explanations are not needed till it is asked for.

Well caps are hard to replace depending of course on size some can be little more than a pin head and some are in extremely hard to get at spots.
There are also different types of caps too and I think the ones you are referring to are electrolytics which are polarised + and - so even if you were competent enough to replace them you have to be very careful which way round they are inserted into the circuit again the wrong way round with these are going to leave you with an awful mess if not injury - believe me I have seen some quite large ones that in my earlier days I did this too that blew apart the stereo I was building and showered the room with aluminium and paper confetti not to mention the droplets of hot (heat and chemically) electrolyte.
Now I won't go on into the rest but suffice to say that if you apply a charge to one of these caps the cap takes up a charge that acts as a reservoir for the charge however that charge will leech out and depending on the size the cap will become discharged. So if like you are telling me the caps are losing heir charge then something is draining them - usually the circuit they are in so it is not an unusual state of affairs. If the caps did not charge at all then there is a problem
The cheaper caps are those ones usually looking like a tin can with leads marked with a stripe down the side and it indicates the negative lead. The Japanese caps are made of different type of construction hence "solid" caps How to Identify Japanese Electrolytic Capacitors | Hardware Secrets
Te others I haven't gone into are usually used for controlling frequencies within a circuit are tiny and usually a round flat disk coloured green or beige for the most part and play an important part in everyday apps like phones etc etc Tantalum capacitor - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So after seeing this you will agree that it is no light matter to identify them let alone replace them.

It happened again!

during it's flickering the GPU Fan went to 100% speed, and back down to auto speed not to my set 40%
i just went to into reliability report and viewed temp files and zipped up the dmp sysdata WERInternalmetaData files for you.

The 4/8 pin and the PCIe 6/8 pin connectors are both +12V with ground (common) supplies. 3.3V and 5V comes to the board through the main 20/24 pin ATC connector.

and as you can see above i removed the old driver and software and installed new one.

can I do this manually install eg just the sys and inf? (I think it's sandboxing isn't it?)

Well, the driver is not updated at all.

The screenshot says ...

• Driver version: 12.104 (in device manager, from where you took the screenshot).

An old display driver may cause that balloons. We are concerned only with the fact that if it is ballooning with the latest one or not.

If you cannot update the driver, its bad. You need to be careful to do it. If you cannot, ask us what to do, but dont place proof, as we can understand what is going on. Data and situation talks more than the proof you may supply.

Uninstall everything about the display driver using AMD Catalyst Un-install Utility

Now install the http://www.sevenforums.com/graphic-cards/1810-latest-amd-catalyst-video-driver-windows-7-a.html

Let us know that you are seeing the balloons with the latest version of display driver or not. Not anything else. If there is any BSOD, post it following the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD) Posting Instructions. Last time you haven't done it, too; despite of being suggested.

All I know iis that the CCC installed something, if it's not installing the right one then I am just going to change graphics card will get a basic 45GBP one tomorrow will do for now it beats all the hassle!

Well Leo I went from the ATi stuff to NVidia and haven't had an ounce of problems that I was having in the Sandy Bridge. So the rest of my machines are all now NVidia.
