Good to hear Steph. Cats are natural sleepers, they get tired from napping and chasing ghosts all day.

I was too tired last night , long hard day at work , rarely got to sit in my chair,
stayed up too way late ,silly me.. so when I did finally get ready for bed,
I took 1 melatonin cap.. slept like a baby, feel so much better today.. I don't
usually do either of those things,, wanted to catch up with friends in chat,,
then played around with a new toy I had added to my pc.

Not much going on in my life at the mo!
