Winbubble is freeware, yes You will have to get either Resource tuner or Restorator (Shareware, but there is a 30 day trial) to edit the system files. It will be easier to just use the software i recommended

Yeah it does some cool tweaks, like Editing OEM Info, adding shortcuts etc.

If thats the case, then why are people releasing Desktop images with lingerie models on them? I downloaded an image off here of Gemma Atkinson, and BOY was I in for a surprise I loved it so much, I went on a google image search and found more! Lol..

So basically, will someone take the 5min and make me an all white Heroes of Newerth Icon for my rocketdock similar to the other ones I am using?

I'd say cutting out the second one (or finding the standard HoN icon online I can't seem to find it), making it white with the grey glow effect and the adding 'HoN' at the bottom or just 'Newerth' would look best, but you can take any of these and adapt them how you want.
