I am not an expert with Haupage but I would suggest that you visit their site and see if they have a device driver for your particular card and supports windows 7, or un-install the card power off and restatr youe system and see if windows 7 sees the card as a new piece of hardware and tries to install it.
I would caution that you make a restore point first because this procedure may be the start of the issues.
I'll stand by if you like.
