Right click on command prompt, choose to run as Admininstrator, copy/paste

netsh winsock reset

Press enter.

but u know guyz.. i fixed it.. and thx for everyone for their caring..
and here is the way:

so.. i got 2 computers one of them is perfectly working but the other isnt..
so.. here what i did according to "opendns.com" for windows 7..::
1. Click the Start Orb, then select Control Panel.

start_win7_1.gif

2. Click on Network and Sharing Center.

start_win7_2.gif

3. Click on Local Area Connection under 'Active Networks.'

start_win7_3.gif

4. Click the Properties button.

Windows 7 may prompt you for permission to make network setting changes.

start_win7_4.gif

5. Highlight 'Internet Protocol Version 4' and click Properties.

start_win7_5.gif

*All these was copy and paste from "https://store.opendns.com/setup/operatingsystem/windows-7"
and then i just used the same DNS address that on the working computer.. :D
XD.. was easy like that.. :P.. thx again...
