Lagging and freezing?

As I said in a title,I have a problem with lagging and freezing on my PC.
What is the most interesting thing,it is ok after fresh install,but after a month or two(sometimes more,sometimes less,depends on a PC usage),win 7 starts to lagg.I mean,it stops on a second or two without any obvious reason,and then continues to run.
In the beginning it is not such a big problem,but after one or two motnhs more,is starts to happen every 10-15 seconds,and last a bit longer.It lasts for 3-5 seconds,and it is pretty annoying.At the very end,when whole system is more lagging then running(tough,it does have it's moment when everything runs like a charm for few hours),when I quit Firefox,Firefox.exe process continues to run,and at the same moment when I press that damn red cross button,it starts to lagg and blocks my system so much that even task manager is unaccessible.Sometimes it releases after 10-12 seconds,and sometimes the only way to pass through is to log off,and log on again,or just to start logging of,and if I hit cancel in the right moment,which means while it tries to force ending of processes,everything is fine even without logging off.Oh,and of course,one more way to unblock the system is to restart it.So,my only way to get out the Firefox without later need to log of or restart the system is to open task manager,and kill Firefox from there,and there is no problem then.
Just imagine when you doing something,and you have to keep holding your mouse button for 5 seconds in the middle of the screen because it freezes on a few seconds when you moving something,or deleting,or writing.And that is just an example,because I have already encounted that lags in my routine.Oh,and I almost forgot,writing is a special adventure.
Like I already said,after fresh install,everything runs smooth for a month or two,and then it starts to lagg in Firefox first,and after Firefox,in a short time,whole system is "infected".
Solutions that I have tried:
I tried to keep registry clean right from first install,and it doesn't help.
I check all my files on malware,but all my partitions are perfectly clean.
Tried to install virtual machine,and run XP in it,just to be sure that maybe I haven't accidentally scratch my win 7 DVD,but nothing,XP inside virtual machine lags too.
Tried to uninstall every single add on from Firefox but no difference.
Tried to install win 7 without Firefox at all(since everything starts from it),but still nothing.
Tried few Firefox extensions and Firefox tool like SpeedUpMyFirefox,ClearCache,etc,but...
Tried to run all kinds of uninstallers(Revo,Advanced PRO,Final,TuneUp...)
Tried to run all kinds of system optimizers too(WinUtilitiees,TuneUp Utilities 2010,System Cleaner,PC Washer,CCCleaner...)
Tried ti run registry cleaners and optimizers too(CCCleaner,PCTools registry cleaner,RegFirstAid,RegClean...)
Tried to clean sessionstore.js manually,clearcache and only God knows everything I tried already,but problem is still here.
I simply don't have any more ideas.
What else could I try?
I have wrote about this twice already,but haven't get no usefull answer.
Thank you all on your answer,and whoever solves the mistery,I'll send him my extra Gigabyte hybrid TV card,which I luckily got in some giveaway but don't need it because already have one.

You listed quite of bit of things that you tried so if I repeat, sorry.

First, keep your hands off the registry. You may be causing the problem, yourself by trying to "fix" the registry. I have been using a computer since Windows 98, never used a Reg cleaner, etc, never had a problem. Most here will agree with this statement.

Run Anti Virus regularly and download and use malwarebytes.

Make sure you are not continually downloading programs, you do not want to overload the computer.

As always, shot in the dark here. I Looked at your sys specs - you have 3 HDD's, but you're PSU is only 550WT. I imagine that could cause a sys slowdown.

Also, to add to the list of things that can cause this problem, and that is you have three HDD's, and each of those will power down when not in use. If you attempt to save a file (depending on size) this can be a problem. What happens is the HDD has to power up, and sometimes again depending on the size of the file the HDD takes a few seconds to power back up and to save the file.

A good example of that is when working in Word and you go to save a fairly large file, and it has been quite awhile since you saved the file it may be several seconds after you indicated to save the before it is done saving. Again this is because the HDD's have powered down.

This can also happen in other applications where you are attempting to save large files.

No,I don't have three dics,I have only two Seagates,but you got me with that.
Is that really possible that lack of power can make such a problem?
I haven't had that in mind at all.
Ah,if that is the problem,then it is not just a lack of power here,money too.I guess it will have to wait for a while...
