Yes, but I installed all that like 3 times already and still there's no change Is there something (besides restart) I should do after the install part? Oh, and should it be "express" or "custom"

I thought you had to adjust the ATI graphics card driver settings and add 1366x768 to get it to work. Am I wrong?

Look in control panel or the notification are for an ATI icon. You should be able to do it from there.

In the notification area, near the Windows clock, you'll find the shortcut from the ATI control panel. Right Click > 1. (...) > Set the desktop to 1366 x 768.

Right, but there's no shortcut there and the closest to an ATI icon thing I found was an ATIsetup and when I opened it nothing happened..

    I'm about to give up

Marina go into Programs and Features and uninstall the ATI driver that you installed from Wallonn7's link (sorry Wallonn7), as with your laptop likely won't work properly with the reference ATI driver. You need to get the one from the link brummyfan posted or directly from HP/Compaq (under Graphics),

Software & Driver Downloads Compaq Presario CQ62z-200 CTO Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (United States - English)

as HP will have modified bits of it to work with the display they used in the laptop. Hopefully the driver from HP/Compaq qill get you up and running at the correct resolution.

Stormy, it's still the same with this one... And no ATI icon shows up anywhere, not even in the folder. I'm probably not doing something right, idk
