A little help with onboard graphics!!

Where is the Onboard Graphics here?
I entered Integrated Prepherals menu when i pressed Del on the restart screen and i see these:
    Onboard IDE Controller: Both
    OnBoard PCI S-ATA Controller: IDE
    USB Controller: Enabled
    Legacy USB Support: Enabled
    OnBoard AUDIO Function: Enabled
    Onboard LAN Function: Enabled
    Onboard LAN Boot ROM: Disabled
    Serial Port 1 Address: 3F8/IRQ4
    Onboard IR: Disabled
    Parallel Port Address: 378
    Parallel Port Mode: ECP
    ECP Mode DMA Channel: DMA3
    Parallel Port IRQ: IRQ7

Maybe it is not disabled, that is why Resuming from hibernation is slow.

I looked through the manual for your board but didn't immediately spot a way to disable the onboard graphics. The closest thing I saw was where it let you choose the "First Video Device" and pick from "Onboard" or "PCI Slot".

Can't tell if it's disabled or not. Without seeing a clear option to disable it in the BIOS I would guess it isn't.

Take a look at this thread, particularly post #7 and #8:

So, What option you think it's for disabling the onboard graphics?

First off, it's not abundantly clear that the onboard video is what is causing the problem. I'd say that's not a bad guess, but at this point it's still just a guess. Did you look through the other thread?

Second, I scanned your manual and couldn't find anything in the BIOS to directly disable the onboard video. It's a pretty hefty manual, did you see anything in there? For all we know right now, maybe you don't do it in the BIOS. It could be a jumper. It could be downright impossible. I'd recommend you search the manual thoroughly to be sure. I don't mind scrolling through a manual for someone else but I draw the line at having to read the whole doggone thing.

There are lots of reasons why hibernation might be slow. It might be a RAM problem, a USB device taking forever to snap to it, or whatever.

What driver are you using for the ATi card? Does the old video device still show up in Device Manager? If it does, have you tried disabling it? :)

Do you mean the Display Adapters in the Device Manager?
It is ATI Radeon HD 4350/4500 Series

But i think i removed one of the RAMs and kept only 1GB and still the hibernation is slow, but it was quick when i had the original onboard 64 SiS graphics before i buy the ATI 512MB one, so it might be the graphics card causing it?

Is that the ONLY one showing?

Have you installed the video driver from ATi?

The fact that the onboard video is not showing up in Device Manager leads me to believe that it is indeed disabled.

Did you run the Event Viewer stuff yet? Seeing what is going on when resuming from Hibernation would likely help you spot the culprit.
