    ravirules, welcome to the forums.

The only way to increase the memory on a video card is to buy a video card with more on it, it isn't like system memory where you can just add a bigger stick of ram. And no there won't be any bios settings or anything else.

Also for what it is worth with regards to your current G210, even if it did have 1 GB of memory on it (and they do come that way), it wouldn't help anything because the card isn't powerful enough to make use of it.

You pretty much said it yourself when you said "I know there's no way"; that's exactly right. The only way to upgrade the RAM for the video card is to buy a new video card. And again as stormy here said, the G210 even if the RAM for it could be upgraded would not be worth it as it's not a good performer for games. If anything, I'd suggest you get a GT 220 or GTS 240 as those do better with games. Or you could wait for the lower DX11 Nvidia Cards to be launched.

    Sadly you are correct.

I am not trying to offend you Ravirules, but the 210 is a REALLY weak card, and adding more memory will not change it a bit.
the 210 only has 16 processing cores (Shaders)

If you have $100 to spend , a good upgrade would be a Gts250 or 9800Gtx, they can be found for under $100 new.
They have 128 processing cores, a major boost over what you have...

    Evga Gts 250 , $85
    Newegg.com - EVGA 512-P3-1140-TR GeForce GTS 250 512MB 256-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Unless you plan on running above 1600x1200 resolution, 512MB of video memory is plenty...
