    youve not changed a setting in your bios to put the ram in powersaving mode?
    this can result in wake up problems

    i ran it again it worked, it was fast. so there would be no logged problems

    I had a similar problem. It would be worth checking that your monitor isnt confused about whether it is receiving an analog or digital signal from the display card:
