New gaphic card then nothing

hi there i just bought a new GTX470

so came back home then installed it and booted up the pc full of happines...but nothing

tells me that windows couldn't start and it offers me to choose from 2 places like windows repair and start normally

if i press on normal then it goes to the starting windows screen then BSOD and reboot
if i press on repair its says windows is loading files blah blah blah then crash but let me see the bsod

the error code is 0x000000DA This one

can somebody help me?

i cant boot the pc at all...

just tried to boot from cd and format.... after loading files another bsod BAD_POOL_HEADER 0x00000019

i dont have any other computer to try it out....

ok so i just put my old card in the pc and everything works fine .. so i've tried to uninstall the drivers then put the card without any drivers but no succes ... still the same error since this card requires 2 pci plugs i used one that was used for the old card and another one that was going straight from the PSU is that what i had to do .. or should i use the 2 pci from the power supply?

i still get the 0x000000DA (0x00000504 , 0xC0438C90 , 0x00000010 ,0x00007192) error

Sorry that just didn't make much sense.

*If you don't have the required power going to the card, no wonder why you're getting errors. Plug in the two or required PCI power cables and it should work fine.

Could you state your power supply?

you dont need dedicated pcie plugs you can use adapters ie 2 x molex to 1 x pcie that said i suspect the psu may not be up to the task , what power supply do you have?

edit scrub that i see you have a thermaltake what is the model number? so we can see its amperage and how many 12v rails it has

my psu is a thermaltake 600w purepower ATX12v 2.2 version wich has 2 dedicated pci-e plugs and the old card was using the 2x molex to 1 pci but it have 2 pci plugs
