You will most likely require a new PSU. Cheap PSUs are a BIG no, as they will be un-reliable, and may cause damage.

If you do not want to spend too much money on a PSU, here is a good high quality PSU that should do fine with your system: OCZ 700W ModXStream Pro Power Supply - UK Power supply units

HI I just looked up your system on a PSU calculator and your dell with all your stuff in it and that video card will use around 648w of power. The way i see it your problem is power you are right at the top end of your psu power rating. I recommend you going and getting a new psu 800w or higher will fix the problem. From personal experience when I build a rig for a friend or myself I allays make sure to get a psu that's a higher wattage. If you need a 648w psu you do not go out and buy a 650. You go out and get your self some thing that exceeds they power needs of your computer under load as well. I say go with an 850w or higher psu that way you have more then enough power for any thing you mightlike to add later on hard drive, blue ray player or another video card. But for a 2nd video card I say go with 1200w psu thees newer cards eat up a lot of power
just found a better Power Supply Calculatorthen then the one i used this one has a lot of options

OK so my computer has been in the shop for 10 days now and getting it back tomorrow. The guy said he has changed the memory times and its working but i am skeptical since he hasent tested it in games. Do you guys think this will indeed fix it cause its one hell of an effort for me to take it back?

If anyone were taking wagers my bet would be on the power supply.
    Guess you will see tomorrow.

Check the dates of those posts mate. I told him what i wanted and he ordered the parts since he gets next day delivery and a cheaper price + if a problem such as this arises i don't have to deal with sending them back separately he does it for me.

Also after going back today and spending 2 hours testing it with him he has ordered in a new motherboard. We tried different power pack, he had tested the RAM same as i did and found it fine and considering i have used two different GPU that wasn't the problem. So if this new motherboard does not work then the only other thing he could think of was trying a different brand of RAM or trying a different Hard drive.

Hopefully the new motherboard will fix it, going to try a Asus motherboard this time rather than asrock. I will post back how it goes on Thursday when i go back.

Good for you - but 10 days wait in shop?

Did you try to see if there were posted problems with the motherboard could have just needed a newer bios update otherwise.

Why are you being cheeky to me i didn't say anything wrong to you, mate. BIOS update was the very latest 2.20 from asrock site. It took 10 days in the shop cause the guy's wife had a baby.

You've got a sweet deal. It's good to have someone to talk to while dealing with these kinds of issues, otherwise you spend a awful lot of time mumbling to yourself. And the shop has probably saved you 50 pounds in shipping costs by this point!

Good luck. It must be very frustrating for the both of you.

(Good thing no one took me up on my wager!)

LOL - you're the one taking things the wrong way!
    Congrats to your mate!

And a happy Asus to you!
