    BSOD when shutdown or restart

    I bought a Matrox G450x4 MMS graphics card so i could run three monitors. I installed it in my brand new dell Optiplex. Windows detects all 4 monitors but only one is enabled. When i go to enable the two that i need everything works properly but when i restart or shutdown the computer i get a BSOD. If i disable all the monitors except the main display i can shutdown or restart fine without an error. Any clue to why this would be happening? all drivers are up to date. even tried multiple versions of the driver and still no luck. Thanks in advance

    Unfortunately, there was no dump file in your upload. I will look through the system information to see what I might find. Try this tutorial for uploading just the dump: https://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials...en-forums.html

    Do you have SP1 installed? There are no symbols for SP1 and thus no bugcheck analysis. If you don't have SP1 installed, the dump is corrupted.

    Error code C2, BAD_POOL_CALLER - usual causes are Device driver, ?Memory

    Code:
    *******************************************************************************
    *                                                                             *

    The dump points to G400DHD.dll as being the cause. This driver is slightly out of date for Win 7. In addition, I find two morel out of date drivers and one really obsolete driver.

    G400DHD.dll Fri Feb 06 13:19:17 2009 - Matrox G400DH Display Driver, Matrox Graphics Inc. Update this driver.

    g400dhm.sys Fri Feb 06 13:19:50 2009 - Matrox G400DH Miniport Driver is a driver file from Matrox Graphics Inc. belonging to Matrox G400DH Miniport Driver. Update this driver.

    mdmxsdk.sys Mon Jun 19 17:26:59 2006 - Diagnostic Interface DRIVER or Diagnostic Interface x86 Driver or mdmxsdk belongs to the software Diagnostic Interface or Diagnostic Legacy Interface or mdmxsdk or Diagnostic Interface x86 Driver by Conexant (www.conexant.com). This software is obsolete. If you cannot update it, uninstall it.

    XAudio32.sys Wed Apr 29 14:20:55 2009 - Modem Audio Device Driver is a driver file from Conexant Systems, Inc. belonging to SoftK56 Modem Driver. Update this driver.

    I am running windows 7 professional on the computer. I was unaware that service pack 1 was out of beta. This Computer is for a Client. i surely dont need to put a beta service pack on this computer. So is anything showing up that would explain the reason im getting this error?

    I asked the question because the kernel symbols for the dump would not load. I know that there are no symbols yet for SP1 beta. If you don't have SP1 installed, then the dump was corrupted. My question was just a clarification for me. The problem with the computer is not related to SP1.
