    The Answer

Here is the deal. You have Windows 7 and try to boot up. When you do the screen gos blank after the Window logo. The fix is turn on your pc and press f8. Select the boot option start with low resolution. Windows will then find your monitor and problem solved there after.

We received an email telling us to hit F8 as we rebooted the computer. We got the Windows Logo on our 42" tv, but as Windows desktop came up, we got the infamous "No Signal" screen on the TV. Any help would be gratefully appreciated! As stated above, we've run a 30' HDMI cable between the computer and the back of the TV., it worked fine with Vista, and we lost it totally as soon as we "upgrated" to Windows 7. Thanks in advance for your help!
