    Problem with HP DV6226 tx

    hi,
i am using hp pavillion dv 6226 tx

i just installed windows 7 but having some problems

my graphic card is nvidia geforce go 7400

    and intel chipset 945 gm

got latest drivers for my nvidia graphic card

and no device is missing in device manager at the moment

but my resolution is 1280 X 800 which is recommended and can't get more than this

but its too big, i mean the fonts and icons are displayed so big everywhere

though i played couple of games

and another problem is battery icon near time it always says "consider replacing your battery " my battery is in good state then also ??

    anyone can help me ??

If you right click on the desktop and go to PERSONALIZE then select DISPLAY is it on smaller - 100% (default) ?

    Widescreen Display

    • 15.4” Widescreen Colour TFT
    • Diagonal Size – 15.4” (39.1 cm)
    • 1280 x 800 WXGA
    • 16:10 Aspect Ratio
    • BrightView™ Screen
