why cant you uninstall the last driver for that card then go back to system restore and go back reinstall the original driver to make sure that is the sole one and it should be back again

that would be the only thing i could think of trash the driver system restore re install the driver you had before you installed the new one and should be back to speed

Man you guys are scaring me with this driver i think im going to hold off on that for a hot minute

I am running IE 8 and yes Java scripting is enabled, the problem also appears in Firefox as well as every other browser that users have the same problem with.

if you did a fresh install and the whole 9 then it might be a malfuction with the card it self i mean if downloading a dx file didnt work uninstalling or rolling back drivers i would think your card is having voltage issues or just isnt responding fast enough to the video demand

does it happen with dvd movies and other video playback or just youtube ?

It happens with any streaming flash video, but if I download the videos and use FLV player to play the vids then they seem to work fine then.

I started to ask this yesterday but assumed it wasn't the case, but.... are you using the 64-bit version of IE?

Open a youtube video.
Pause it (it'll be green in no time)
Right click and go to settings.
Uncheck Video Acceleration.

I just spent hours looking this up...removing Flash, updating drivers, removing IE9, rolling back Firefox, pulling out a hair or two...

That fixed it for me, unchecking video acceleration.

Good luck..
