    Test results after 10.10 ati drivers install


    well i decided to do a little stress test and find out did this driver do me any good i am posting two pics at two different resolutions i feel my vidcard is a little high at 78c but i'll let you guys be the judge

    Temps are a little high- maybe. I have seen people post a lot higher.

    Kombustor has everything maxed out to make the video card crash if it is going to.
    Remember it is the test ware for the MSI Afterburner OC software.
    You OC a bit then see if it crashes.
    A game does not keep the video card maxed continuously.

    IMO
    Keep an eye on the temps when gaming just to be safe. They will probably be lower and vary through the game.
    If they are lower in game enjoy and don't worry!

    actually i did keep a eye on my temps during gaming and it didnt climb above 60c so im very happy

    I think your temps are right on mark for a stress test.

    I'm running X-fired 5770s and mine ran up to 76C during a stress test. That is the highest I've seen them get.

    well in a week or so i will be testing a 6870 so i will keep you all posted on the new gpu i already heard it is pretty fast and not that bad vs a 5850 i think im more happier with them increasing the bandwith to 256 bit instead of keeping it 128 which i think they should have done that before instead of revising this current card
