    Fix didn't hold.

The fix I posted above only worked temporarily. The latest thing I tried was upgrading the BIOS. Its a Dell computer and using the service tag I was able to update the BIOS. Only time will tell if it will hold.

Found a 100% sure fire way to fix it. Get rid of the card. All the tweaks and fixes I tried did not work. Some seemed to but only temporary. The Dell computer in my case had built in video and the added video card. I removed the card and hooked the monitor up to the built in video adapter. Unfortunately it seemed to be the only way to fix the problem.
