My 10" touchscreen wount work with 7

    Yes. Theres a shortcut to the Nvidia control panel. I guess I could try to change the resolution here, but why would that differ from changing the resolution in the windows settings?

    because you are using the card not the on-board graphics you have the monitors connected to the card? then the card software will be used.

    Oh. Well, it didn't make any difference. I changed the resolution to 800x600 in the Nvidia control panel, but the screen still doesn't work.

    Have you loaded the drivers for the touch screen in compatibility mode , I cant find anywhere that states the touch screen is win 7 supported :)
