Display driver nvlddmkm stopped responding - HELP

Hi all, I'm new to the forum. so hopefully i'm posting correctly.

I have a brand new built up PC with below specs:
I have been experiencing this problem on continues basis, I have noticed with some research that I'm not alone and that it's very common but theres no real solutions.

Ive sent my pc back twice and they have swapped out the MB twice, I've tried swapping out my ram to no avail.

I get the same error with my on board graphics and with NVIDIA GeForce GT 240 card.
I've updated drivers, rolled back drivers etc..
Even tried the option to play around with the timeout and detection settings with TdrLevel in the registry but no luck

If you have ANY realtek devices, remove the driver completely and let windows load its own.

Thanks for the response.

This is what I've done so far with no such luck:

Ran all OS updates
Run Memtest86 with 5 successful passes
Uninstalled all Nvidia drivers with driver sweeper as outlined in Nvidia's forum and Re-installed the latest
Ver 260.99_desktop_win7260.99
Tested Ram
Tested HD

Created the 4 Powermizer keys in registry as mentioned in Nvidia's forum
played around with various other tweaks and suggestions but still recieve the same error.

The Display driver throws this exception whether i'm using my onboard or external graphics card and when I'm just navigating around windows or playing a movie let alone a high resource intensive game.

Will continue the quest, any further guidance from anyone will much appreciated.

Just to let you know I have resolved my issue
Believe it or not it came down to the simplest of things!!!

It was my ram!!!, although it had been tested with the pc suppliers and I had tested it myself with Memtest86 over 7 cycles with a pass.

I spent 3 hours running numerous memory test at out of four tests three failed one passed that one being Memtest86, so take not you can never trust your suppliers to do a thorough test or to solely trust one diagnostic utility!!

Good luck to the rest if this doesn't solve it for you..

Because these TDR errors can be caused by so many issues, it is vital to do the diagnostics to try and isolate the problem component.

You have already checked and could eliminate from the list: Motherboard, RAM, Video Card, Video driver. Now check and eliminate from the list the other items. That will leave you with the most likely problem issue.
