Hello Miaa,

Welcome to the forums.

Download, install and run this Speccy - System Information - Free Download

It should tell you in there what Graphics adaptor you have.

Hope this helps

Go to Dell, here is the link.

Dell - Drivers and Downloads

Then input your service tag number, it can be found on the bottom of your laptop. Then it will give you all the drivers for just that laptop model.

The upgrade advisor that kword88 linked is a good tip. That way you find out if drivers for this model even exist. if they do, the system should find them automatically.
You can then try (if they exist) to uninstall the current driver (in Device Manager > Properties of the device > Driver tab) and then you reboot.

PS: with 512MBs of RAM you are not going to have much fun with Win7 - especially with the single core Pentium. I suggest you upgrade to 2GBs of RAM (if that is possible). You can check by scanning the PC from this site. Then you know the options and the prices.
