I don't think it's that much better that it's worth an upgrade from a 470. Though it does look nice.
I prefer the reference card designs to any other manufacturer's design. That black case with green stripes looks great. GeForce.com - Get the Most Out of Your GPU

I have looked at it as being a more expensive rebadged GTX 480 but with less Vram.
I think i will wait till next year and may look into the 580 hopefully by then, they should be cheap enough to SLI.
