Mine this morning.
HAF 932 Case. 3-220mm fans
1290 Rpm GPU fan.
It idled at 30-31*C all summer.

Check the CPU!!! Scythe Mugen-2 does its job also.

I also don't believe it's the sensors. CPUID gave me wrong readings on several different rigs I tested it on
BTW my THRM right now is -271C which equals -457F !!!
So I would suggest to cross check with a somewhat more reliable program like FurMark
FurMark: VGA Stress Test, Graphics Card and GPU Stability Test, Burn-in Test, OpenGL Benchmark and GPU Temperature | oZone3D.Net
or Rivatuner
RivaTuner v2.24c download from Guru3D.com
or even Speedfan seems to be a bit more reliable.
SpeedFan Download - Softpedia

It always matters, which specific sensors a program tries to access and what (if any) method they employ to prepare the data for output. So if you get an offset (say your real temp would be 20 C higher than what CPUID tells you you could still use it to monitor you just add the offset to know what would be the real temp.

Close enough for me. 21*C on both.

Look at the apps running and also my 2 W7 gadgets.

Must be working fine. Thats my conclusion, never run below SYS TEMP.

It's like perpetual motion you may get close but never achieve it. Any electronic device unless it's a peltier cooler will operate at a higher than ambient temp when voltage is applied. The net rise may be low but measurable. In a GPU as much energy as it draws IMO there's not a snowballs chance in Hell that it can operate at or lower than ambient temp. But sensors and measuring techniques are so variable that one needs highly calibrated instruments to know for sure which none of us have to be 100% accurate.......nor is this needed as getting close is all we really need to be safe.

One thing that no one has mentioned that is asking/showing these low temps, what is the room temperature the computer is in?

And linnemeyerhere, well said.

What stood out to me was the readings on the +12v.
Is that correct?

If you're referring to the 6.38V in rmw020's screen shot, missing or mis-calibrated sensor. The computer wouldn't even turn on if it was correct.
