    Dell - Drivers and Downloads



    Go to the above site find- Choose by Service Tag.
    Click here Find My Service Tag and find newest video driver.

    I would update all the drivers if available.
    The picture of the error shows you have an XP driver installed.

    Hi Iroshan,

    I guess this is the latest driver for the Intel Graphics Media Accelerator HD for your laptop.
    Drivers and Downloads

    Can you try updating to this.

    PS. Please specify the correct motherboard model in the System Spec. You have specified the processor in the motherboard field.
