The VIDEO_TDR_ ERROR bug check has a value of 0x00000116. This indicates that an attempt to reset the display driver and recover from a timeout failed.

I've had this loads of times with different machines. I've found one of the following helps in no particular order:

    1. Uninstall the ATI drivers completely, reboot, and reinstall them and reboot once more.
    2. Unseat and reseat the graphics card.

If the power supply is starting to fail and is not giving enough juice to the card when it needs it, the card stops responding. When it stops responding, the driver stops responding because the card that should be there just vanished. Windows see this and gives the driver x seconds to start responding again before that check times out and it throws the 0x116 error. Typically, there's nothing wrong with Windows itself in these cases, it's usually always the card or the driver specifically. Windows is doing exactly what is it supposed to do when the graphics card takes a nap without permission, so to speak.

Give those two things a whirl and let us know how it turns out. If all else fails and the card is still within the manufacturer's warranty period, I'd get a hold of them and RMA it.
