    Intel Video Card?Driver? Strange Problem

Well, it's not a problem (now). I'm playing old games and i got lags in places, where are many of 3D models and I'm having white spots/dots on them. Here's the pic:

Do I need to reinstall my Windows? Do i need to change my graphics card? Please, help me.

P.S. I didn't clean my PC engine about for years (from dust), it could be a problem?

    P.S. 2

    My System Specs:

    Processor: Intel (R) Core(TM) i3 CPU 2.27 Ghz.
Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 1302 MB.
    RAM: 4,00 GB.
    OS: Windows 7 Professional.
    DirectX: 10,0.

If you haven't cleaned your PC for a while, it could have dust build-up causing it to overheat, hence the white dot artefacts. It could also just be poor models in the game. Its hard to say at this point.

Download Speccy here Speccy - System Information - Free Download and see what temperature your graphics card is running at, and report back here with that.

A little clean is never too bad, at least every 6 month it should be done with air duster and humid swab for the fan

OK. Your on-board card doesn't have a temperature sensor. At this point, you could try two things:

    1. On your game, turn down the graphics quality, and see if those white specks appear again.
    2. Buy a can of compressed air, and together with a vacumn cleaner (use it gently), try and blow/suck out any accumulated dust.

    Lets see if that helps.

Try to see if there's a way to lift the keyboard gently by pulled it to you, the fan is just under. Otherwise unplug the laptop, remove the baterry & unscrew the small plastic part under the laptop (battery, ram memory, hard drive) to blow away the dust with a can air-duster and a soft brush + vacumn, set to very low energy ( becareful of statics)

Considering that it actually integrated into the CPU, if anything it will be running at the same temps as the CPU.

Ok, guys, now i think i understand whole situation.

I was opened my laptop down part yearsterday and i saw some dusts at cooler (i didn't know, what cools that cooler, that was at side of my laptop). I didn't watch, what was under my keyboard, because i didn't know how to open that.

Anyways, i was noticed that when i running the game, my CPU reaches a big temperature 60 - 65 C (Speecy helped me, thank you Golden), the biggest was, WOW, that was 78 C!!! I was scared, when i tried to record a video, how i playing the game and at one time watching at my CPU properties, I thinked that my PC will blow!
So, today I used Google to search "What does hot CPU for PC". So, i finded one information, about, how person opens a couple of browsers and gets hot processor. In that page, where i readed that, i finded a good program "SpeedFan", i downloaded that and I saw how works my CPU cooler RPM in percents. Lol, that was 12 - 30 % only.

SO, i realised about that my CPU cooler has stopped working, because it's full of dusts. When, I running the game CPU gets hot, CPU fan doesn't destroy a high temperature, so my processor gets hot and i having small spots and lags in game.

    It could be right?
