I purchased the Radeon 5770 ... Newegg.com - HIS H577FK1GD Radeon HD 5770 (Juniper XT) 1GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card w/ Eyefinity... for $99 after rebate, like they have here.

This card only uses 18w idle...120w full out. It plays WOW and Mass Effect 2 at full settings no sweat. Did a ton of research before purchase and found this card at this price to be the best bang for the buck out there.

You can run it on a 400w power supply no problems. My friend also has this card and has only a good Corsair 300w supply and has had no problems. Only requires a 6 pin power connector which is shipped with it in the form of Molex to 6 pin.

Overclocks like crazy if need be. I do lean ATI more than GeForce just because of troubles I had with tv out on the Geforce cards I tried years ago.

You can take that extra $100 and buy a 64gb SSD for your operating system to reside on and have a screamer.

I don't know if it's Gamestop.com, tho, I'm pretty sure it is, that has provisions to enter your machine's specs and it will tell you whether or not you can run a specific game. Give it a whirl.

After checking Gamestop, I don't think it's them that checks your machine. I'll find out this weekend. Sorry to mislead.

Just for fun, I entered Medal of Honor 2010 to see what the recommendation was..............FAIL! The scan says my machine is too slow.......so much for following the recommendations. I've been running MOH 2010 for a few weeks at max resolution on my 1920 x 1080 monitor with no problems
