An Idea would be to send it back to XFX to have it repaired, or send them a picture of the card as you have posted it and see f they could tell you the capacitor type and model # and try and find one at an electronics outlet and replace it yourself. Was going to suggest Radio Shack as I know they carry them but then noticed your location.

XFX simply refused to help by saying they don't offer repairs though I got 2 cards from them

anyway i found the broken capacitor as well and reading on it says:

    j9
    100
    16z

does anyone know what this mean and where can I find similar capacitor so I can use my card again?

    Thanks

XFX offers a Double Lifetime Warranty on their cards. If you registered the warranty you might be able to RMA it and get a brand new one. I think I'd try that before I started soldering stuff to my card.
