Maybe your "PSU Random 600w one", is failing. Try with another one if able. GL.

You should not have to overclock your cpu just because you bought a new card, that would be absurd to suggest that. It means if I upgrade my 9600gt then I also have to overclock my cpu to get any real benifits, I would not have thought so otherwise what a waste of money.

Maybe your PSU isn't feeding enough power causing or you din't plug in the PCI-E power connector...
THESE reasons can cause glitches/low fps
come on what mode did you buy??? If its a GENERIC 600W model its actually a <300W model.... coz generic power case have absurdly high Watt rating although thery actual rating IS MUCH LOWER than the normal....
SO WHAT BRAND IS IT? If you have frinds nearby that have a >500 W power case, plug that in your system and see if there is a difference....

NO, not ALL PSU die that way... Some die through hangs/glitches/sudden re-boots... But NOT ALL go high and blow themselves up....

Hmmm I think you are right. There is two cable spots on my gfx card, like 12 holes.

One cable is 6 of those, I only plugged in one so I got one spot left.
Maybe I need two cables there to get it to work?
